Services Provided

The College Application Action Plan (CAAP) program is a monthly group coaching subscription designed to provide parents and students with expert guidance and resources for navigating the college admissions process.

Services include:

  1. Monthly Live Group Coaching Sessions:
    • Ten (10) Zoom sessions per year, held separately for students and parents, providing targeted advice for their unique roles in the college admissions process.
    • Sessions are offered from February through December.
  2. On-Demand Recorded Teachings:
    • Access to monthly recordings covering admissions strategies, essay writing, college list building, and more.
  3. Membership Discounts:
    • 10% off the following add-on services:
      • College List Builder
      • How to Write an Awesome College Essay
      • College Application Review Sessions
      • Milestone Meetings

Access to Previous Sessions:

Clients wishing to access recordings of sessions held before their subscription start date may do so for a fee of $47 per session/month, which will be charged to the card on file.

Payment Terms

  1. Subscription Fee:
    • $47 per month, billed automatically to the card on file.
    • The subscription runs from February through December.
  2. Payment Schedule:
    • The monthly fee will be charged on the same date each month as the initial subscription start date.
  3. Failure to Pay:
    • If payment is not successfully processed, the Provider reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

Program Policies

  1. Student Participation and Communication Guidelines:
    • Students must adhere to respectful communication during all live sessions and interactions.
    • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a session or suspension from the program.
  2. Parent Participation:
    • Parents are encouraged to participate actively in their designated sessions and review the resources provided.
  3. Communication Policies:
    • Messages sent after 5 PM on Thursday or on Friday will typically be answered the following Monday.
    • Parents: Communication with parents will be primarily through email.
    • Students: Communication with students will occur via the Custom College Plan platform, to be set up after the first meeting.
    • Emails, texts via Custom College Plan, and voicemails will be responded to within 48 hours during business days.
  4. Cancellation:
    • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to [email protected].
    • Refunds will not be issued for payments already processed.

Limitation of Liability

The Provider will make every good faith effort to support the student’s college admissions process. However, admissions outcomes are not guaranteed. The Client understands that success depends on various factors outside the Provider’s control, and the subscription fee remains payable regardless of outcomes.

Termination of Agreement

  1. The Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Client or student violates its terms, including non-payment, misuse of materials, or inappropriate behavior during sessions.
  2. This Agreement will renew monthly unless the Client provides notice of cancellation.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
